Qualifications

• 2 years of experience leading associates in a retail environment.
• 3 years of experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional work environment.
• 1 year of manager-on-duty responsibilities, including store operations and processes.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily store operations and scheduling to ensure proper staffing.
• Lead a team to achieve sales and margin goals while maintaining safety and cleanliness.
• Collaborate with District Manager and area staff to meet service, sales, and operational objectives.
