Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages in Pearland, TX is seeking an Order Replenishment Merchandiser to ensure beverages are stocked and on display on assigned routes. You will build product displays, manage shelf space, and coordinate with sales teams.

A valid Texas driver’s license and the ability to lift 50+ pounds are required. Starting pay ranges from $19.68 to $24.73 per hour, with bonuses and comprehensive benefits available.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays and equipment placements.

• Communicate daily with customers, co-workers and shoppers to resolve issues.

Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $19.68 to $24.73 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays & equipment placements
• Point of Sale advertising according to the company’s merchandising standards
• Maintain appropriate shelf allocation, product levels and product rotation in displays
• Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage
• Determine product needs to place corresponding orders on existing sales routes
• Daily communication, problem resolution, and follow up with customers, co-workers and shoppers

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License, current vehicle liability insurance, and clean driving record
• Must be able to use a personal vehicle during business hours
• Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds, kneel, bend over & reach above head height
• Excellent planning and organization skills with strong attention to detail and follow-up.

Preferred Experience

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• No work experience required, but previous sales/merchandising experience
