Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages in McAllen, Texas is seeking an Order Replenishment Merchandiser to ensure Coca-Cola brands are available on customer shelves.

You will build displays, stock product, manage inventory, and coordinate with sales routes. Starting pay per hour is $19.68–$24.73, with additional incentives and comprehensive benefits.

Applicants must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and be able to lift 50+ pounds; prior merchandising or sales experience preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays and equipment placements.
• Set Point of Sale materials according to merchandising standards.
• Maintain shelf allocation, product levels, and rotation.
• Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage.
• Place orders on existing sales routes based on product needs.
• Daily communication and follow-up with customers, coworkers, shoppers.

Workdays/Shift Hours: Wednesday - Sunday, 5:00 am - 1:00 pm

Additional Relevant Information:Must be 18+ years of age, must have reliable transportation, valid drivers license and auto insurance. Stocking, Merchandising, Grocery and delivery experience preferred.

Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $19.68 to $24.73 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays & equipment placements
• Point of Sale advertising according to the company’s merchandising standards
• Maintain appropriate shelf allocation, product levels and product rotation in displays
• Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage
• Determine product needs to place corresponding orders on existing sales routes
• Daily communication, problem resolution, and follow up with customers, co-workers and shoppers

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License, current vehicle liability insurance, and clean driving record
• Must be able to use a personal vehicle during business hours
• Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds, kneel, bend over & reach above head height
• Excellent planning and organization skills with strong attention to detail and follow-up.

Preferred Experience

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• No work experience required, but previous sales/merchandising experience
