Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking a Merchandiser to support store operations, inventory, curbside and in-store pickup, and occasional delivery. You will greet customers, build relationships, and help drive sales while adhering to laws around alcohol sales.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in retail preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory, process freight, stock merchandise, build displays, and support digital orders.
• Greet customers and deliver a personalized shopping experience.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of promotions and loyalty programs.
• Load and deliver orders safely if delivery is an essential function.
