Job summary

Coca-Cola UNITED is seeking a Merchandiser - Trainee to build displays, replenish shelves, and maintain product integrity at customer locations. You will work closely with Sales Supervisors and Delivery Drivers to execute plans, ensure compliance with company standards, and deliver excellent customer service.

The role requires 18+ years of age, a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and basic English skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Valid driver’s license and obligation to maintain compliance with UNITED fleet policy.
• Reliable vehicle required.
• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required by position and safety policies.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• High school diploma or GED; or 3 to 6 months related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Build displays and replenish inventory on customer shelves and equipment.
• Rotate and replenish products at customer outlets, including displays and racks.
• Maintain product integrity in each account; keep coolers and racks clean and stocked.
• Provide feedback to leadership on competitive threats and business opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales Supervisor and Delivery Driver to execute merchandising plans.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers and deliver superior service.
