Coca-Cola UNITED, Inc. is hiring a Merchandiser - Large Store Trainee to build displays, stock shelves, and maintain equipment at customer outlets. You will rotate products, ensure product integrity, and keep coolers clean to company standards while collaborating with sales and delivery teams.

The role requires a reliable vehicle, a valid driver’s license, and strong English communication. Prior merchandising experience is preferred, with growth opportunities and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 and valid driver’s license.
• Reliable vehicle and ability to maintain company assets.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• High school diploma or GED, or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Build displays and replenish inventory on shelves and equipment.
• Rotate and replenish products at the customer outlet and maintain product integrity.
• Keep coolers and racks clean and organized according to standards.
• Record breakage and out-of-date products and assist leadership with opportunities.
• Establish positive relationships with customers and provide excellent service.
• Collaborate with Sales Supervisor and Delivery Driver to execute daily goals.
