Coca-Cola UNITED is hiring a Merchandiser - Large Store Trainee. You will build displays, replenish shelves, and ensure accurate stock across customer outlets.

The role collaborates with Sales Supervisors and Delivery Drivers to execute strategy and maintain brand standards, while delivering excellent customer service. Ideal candidates are 18+, have a valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and are comfortable with a rotating schedule and PPE usage.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Able to read, write and speak English.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Willingness to work a flexible or rotating schedule.

Responsibilities

• Build displays and replenish inventory on customer shelves and equipment.
• Rotate stock and maintain product integrity in accounts.
• Manage breakage and out-of-date products and collection of shells/pallets.
• Provide feedback to leadership on opportunities and threats.
• Collaborate with Sales Supervisor and Delivery Driver to execute goals.
• Develop positive relationships with customers and deliver superior service.
