The role requires loading and rotating stock, maintaining equipment, and collaborating with the Sales Supervisor and Delivery Driver to execute the plan.

You will establish positive customer relationships, follow company safety policies, and adapt to a fast-paced environment while supporting brand partners and account standards daily.

Qualifications

• Merchandising experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license.
• Reliable vehicle and ability to work a flexible or rotating schedule.
• Ability to read, write and speak English and maintain safety standards.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and replenish displays and inventory at customer outlets.
• Rotate products and maintain product integrity and shelf standards.
• Maintain clean coolers and racks and report breakage.
• Provide feedback to leadership on opportunities and threats.
• Establish positive relationships with customers and team members.
