Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years
• Valid driver’s license and compliant with fleet policy
• Reliable vehicle
• PPE as required
• Regular and prompt attendance
• Ability to read, write and speak English
• Neat professional appearance
• Maintain safety and security of assets
• Ability to work with all resources and tech
• High school diploma or GED; or 3–6 months related experience or equivalent
• Flexible or rotating schedule
• Ability to respond to customer issues
• Self-motivation with minimal supervision
• Ability to read, write—simple correspondence
• Ability to present information clearly in small groups
• Basic math skills for unit measures
• Problem solving
• Previous merchandising experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Build displays and replenish inventory on customer shelves and equipment
• Rotate and replenish products in outlets including displays and racks
• Maintain product integrity; keep coolers and racks clean
• Collect breakage or out-of-date product and manage backstock
• Provide feedback to leadership on threats and opportunities
• Work with Sales Supervisor and Delivery Driver to execute success
• Establish and maintain positive customer relationships
• Collaborate with all functional team members
