Job summary

Coca-Cola UNITED is seeking a Merchandiser - Large Store Trainee to build displays and replenish inventory on customer shelves and equipment. You will rotate products, maintain product integrity, and ensure shelves are clean and properly stocked.

You will work with the Sales Supervisor and Delivery Driver to execute plans, establish positive customer relationships, and deliver superior service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain UNITED fleet policy.
• Reliable vehicle required.
• Flexibility to work a rotating schedule.
• Previous merchandising experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build displays and replenish inventory on customer shelves and equipment.
• Rotate and replenish products in the outlet and on displays.
• Maintain product integrity; keep coolers and racks clean.
• Collect breakage or out-of-date product and manage backstock.
• Provide feedback to leadership on competitive threats and opportunities.
• Partner with Sales Supervisor and Delivery Driver to execute the plan.
• Establish positive relationships with customers and provide superior service.
