Coca-Cola UNITED is looking for a Merchandiser - Large Store Trainee to build displays, replenish shelves, and manage the product lifecycle at customer outlets. You will maintain product integrity, rotate stock, and ensure clean, organized coolers and racks to company standards.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with the Sales Supervisor and Delivery Driver, maintaining strong customer relationships, and providing superior service while adhering to safety and PPE guidelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years
• Valid driver’s license and obligation to maintain United fleet policy
• Reliable vehicle required
• PPE as required by position and safety policy
• Ability to read, write and speak English
• Ability to work a flexible or rotating schedule
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
• Ability to write simple correspondence
• Ability to present information in one-on-one and small group situations
• Ability to perform basic math (add, subtract, multiply, divide)
• Previous Merchandising experience preferred

Responsabilités

• Build displays and replenish inventory on customer shelves and equipment
• Rotate and replenish products in outlets and on displays
• Maintain product integrity, neat stacking and backstock management
• Collect breakage or out-of-date product and cart pallets
• Provide feedback to leadership on threats and opportunities
• Collaborate with Sales Supervisor and Delivery Driver to execute plan
• Establish positive relationships with customers and deliver high service quality
• Coordinate with team to work with all functional members

Formation

High school diploma or GED; or 3 to 6 months related experience
