Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license required and obligation to maintain compliance with UNITED fleet policy.
• Reliable vehicle required.
• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required by position and compliance with UNITED safety policies.
• Regular and prompt attendance is an essential function of the job.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• High school diploma or GED; or 3 to 6 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to work a flexible or rotating schedule.
• Ability to respond and resolve to any customer issues.
• Ability to self-motivate and perform job duties with minimal supervision.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to present information in one-on-one and small group situations.
• Ability to perform basic math operations.
• Ability to problem solve.
• Performs appropriate duties as assigned by management.
• Previous Merchandising experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build displays and replenish inventory on customer shelves and racks.
• Replenish all Coca-Cola and brand partner equipment in outlets.
• Maintain product integrity, neatly stacked, rotated, and stocked.
• Collect breakage and out-of-date product, including empty shells and pallets.
• Provide feedback to leadership on competitive threats and opportunities.
• Partner with Sales Supervisor and Delivery Driver to execute success.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers and provide excellent service.
• Collaborate with all functional team members.
