Job summary

The Merchandiser - Large Store Trainee at Coca-Cola UNITED, Inc. builds displays and replenishes inventory on customer shelves and equipment. You will rotate products, maintain stock quality, and ensure displays meet company standards.

Responsibilities include warehousing basics, reporting breakage, and collaborating with sales and drivers to execute successful in-store outcomes. A strong customer‑service mindset is needed for ongoing store relationships.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Build displays and replenish inventory on customer shelves and equipment.
• Rotate stock and maintain product integrity in accounts.
• Keep coolers and racks clean and organized per company standards.
• Collect breakage or out‑of‑date product and report findings to leadership.
• Collaborate with Sales Supervisor and Delivery Driver to execute plans.
• Develop positive relationships with customers and provide excellent service.
