Total Wine & More in Noblesville, IN is hiring Store Team Members to deliver friendly, helpful service, assist customers with product selection, and drive sales through engaging conversations while supporting front-end and merchandising duties. You will stock and organize inventory, build displays, process orders for curbside pickup, and, if needed, perform deliveries following safety policies.

Training will expand your product knowledge in wine, spirits, and beer.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of work experience; 1+ year in retail preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory, stocking merchandise, building displays and end caps, and supporting curbside pickup and delivery services.
• Greet customers, engage to build relationships, and inform about products and services to drive sales.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards across the store.
• Ensure adherence to all applicable laws and regulations related to the sale of alcohol and maintain a safe store environment.
• Complete cross-functional responsibilities as assigned and perform other duties as assigned.
• Load and deliver orders safely if delivery is an essential function.
