Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a team member to keep the front floor stocked and clean, greet customers, and assist with locating merchandise on the sales floor. You may serve as stock puller for installer area in larger volumes and help with price changes and displays.

The role emphasizes attention to planograms, stock accuracy, and safety while coordinating with store teams and delivery specialists. Multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Good aptitude for dealing with number sequences, good organizational skills.
• Desired: Previous stocking experience, ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Keep front floor area stocked, fronted, and clean; stock merchandise according to planograms or displays; complete sales preparation; greet customers on the sales floor.
• Greet customers and assist them in locating merchandise or direct them to a parts specialist if hard parts are needed.
• Check in, price, and put up stock.
• Make display changes according to company guidelines and planograms.
• Act as main shoplifting deterrent/front floor security.
• Coordinate and ensure completion of quarterly vehicle inspections and maintenance with ISS and delivery specialists.
