Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a warehouse/stocking associate to keep the front floor stocked, fronted, and clean while assisting customers with merchandise locations. You will also perform stock checks, price updates, and sales preparation, and may pull parts for installer deliveries in larger stores.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, maintaining display integrity, and coordinating with the team on store tasks.

• Good aptitude for dealing with number sequences and organization.
• Detail-oriented with accurate stock and display setup.
• Bilingual abilities are encouraged for customer interaction.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers on the sales floor and assist with locating merchandise.
• Check in, price, and stock merchandise; keep display floor fronted and clean daily.
• Make display changes per planograms; ensure sale signs and flyer racks are stocked.
• Assist with stock adjustments, cycle counts, and overstock returns.
• Coordinate with managers on to-do lists and weekly tasks; act as front-floor security.
• Pull and stage installer deliveries from the Hub store; communicate with ISS and delivery staff.
• Clock in/out according to policy and maintain store housekeeping in back room and installer counter areas.
• Fluency in Spanish is highly desired and bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
