Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a team member to stock, greet customers, and assist with locating merchandise on the sales floor. You will help with pricing, display changes, and front-end security to ensure a positive shopping experience.

The role requires strong numerical and organizational skills, with a preference for those experienced in stocking and able to drive a manual transmission. Bilingual applicants, especially Spanish speakers, are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Good aptitude for dealing with number sequences and strong organizational skills.
• Desirable: previous stocking experience and the ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle.
• Fluency in multiple languages, with Spanish highly desired; bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Keep front floor area stocked, fronted, and clean; greet customers and assist with locating merchandise.
• May serve as stock puller for installer area in large stores.
• Perform price changes and ensure sale signs and materials are in place.
• Assist with stock adjustments, cycle counts, and deliveries with store management.
