Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a team member to greet customers, locate merchandise, and assist with stocking and display upkeep on the sales floor. You will price and check in stock, ensure front displays are complete, and support security and loss prevention efforts.

The role may involve coordinating installer deliveries and assisting with weekly store tasks. Fluency in Spanish is a plus, with the store focused on accurate stock and appealing presentation.

Qualifications

• Good aptitude for dealing with number sequences and basic math.
• Strong organizational skills for stocking and merchandising.
• Spanish language skills are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers on the sales floor and assist with locating merchandise.
• Check in, price, and stock items; keep displays full and clean.
• Front floor security; act as main deterrent against shoplifting.
• Coordinate with ISS and delivery staff for installer deliveries.
• Assist with stock adjustments, cycle counts, and returns.
• Make all out-front price changes and ensure sale signage is in place.
• Clock in/out per company policy and maintain store To Do lists.
• Support O'Reilly Image Maker duties and store cleanliness.
