Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a floor associate to greet customers, locate merchandise, and keep displays stocked and clean. You may also assist with stock pulls for installers in larger stores.

This role emphasizes teamwork, schedule adherence, and preventing losses, with bilingual candidates encouraged to apply. You will perform price changes, assist with stock adjustments, and support the store team at the installer counter areas.

Qualifications

• Good aptitude for dealing with number sequences and organizing items.
• Fluency in additional languages is a plus and bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers on the sales floor and assist with locating merchandise.
• Check in, price, and stock merchandise; keep displays fronted and clean.
• Make display changes according to planograms and company guidelines.
• Perform front-end price changes and ensure sale signs are displayed.
• Assist with stock adjustments, cycle counts, and overstock returns.
• Work with store leadership to complete the To Do List and weekly tasks.
• Act as a deterrent to shoplifting and help maintain security.
• Coordinate deliveries and maintain Installer counter areas.
