Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking team-oriented associates to stock, price, and merchandise on the front floor, greet customers, and support installers where needed. Bilingual Spanish is encouraged.

Responsibilities include stocking and displaying merchandise, assisting customers to locate parts, performing price changes, and supporting loss prevention and store safety initiatives. Training provided for all new hires.

Qualifications

• Good aptitude for dealing with number sequences and solid organizational skills.
• Stocking experience and ability to move parts efficiently.
• Spanish language ability is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers on the sales floor and assist them in locating merchandise.
• Check in, price, and stock merchandise; keep front displays clean and full.
• Update sale signage and ensure sale materials are in place.
• Assist with stock adjustments, cycle counts, and returns.
• Coordinate with delivery and installer teams; act as security on the floor.
