Total Wine & More in Lexington, KY is seeking Store Merchandisers to maximize inventory, build displays, and support online orders. The role requires greeting customers, sharing product knowledge, and maintaining a safe, well-organized store environment.

The position can be part-time or full-time, with a focus on merchandising and occasional delivery duties. Prior retail experience and familiarity with POS systems are preferred, along with flexibility for evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience, 1+ years of experience in a retail setting preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory, including processing freight, organizing and distributing inventory, pulling and stocking merchandise, building displays and end caps, placing signage.
• Support digital business operations by fulfilling orders and assisting with in-store and curbside pickup and delivery services.
• Deliver exceptional service and a personalized experience by greeting customers and informing about products.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness standards and compliance with alcohol sale laws.
• Load and deliver orders in a safe and professional manner as needed.
