Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is looking for a team member to greet customers, assist with locating merchandise, and direct complex inquiries to parts specialists. You will check in and price stock, keep displays current and clean, and implement planogramic changes across the sales floor.

Responsibilities include handling price changes, maintaining sale materials, performing stock adjustments, and supporting delivery hubs as needed.

Qualifications

• Stocking experience required.
• Ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle.
• Fluency in multiple languages; Spanish highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers on the sales floor and assist them in locating merchandise or direct them to a parts specialist if hard parts are needed.
• Check in, price, and stock merchandise.
• Keep display floor fronted, full, and clean daily.
• Make display changes per company guidelines and planograms.
• Carry out all out-front price changes and ensure sale signs are in place.
• Assist with stock adjustments, cycle counts, and overstock returns.
• Serve as HUB Store Order Puller when required and pull parts quickly from tickets for delivery to stores.
