Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is hiring for a store team member to greet customers, locate merchandise, stock shelves, and support store operations. The role involves front-floor duties, price changes, display upkeep, and assisting with deliveries in a busy retail setting.

Qualifications

• Good aptitude for dealing with number sequences.
• Ability to perform stocking and shelf replenishment.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers on the sales floor and assist them in locating merchandise or direct them to a parts specialist.
• Check in, price, and stock merchandise.
• Keep display floor fronted, full, and clean daily.
• Make display changes per guidelines and planograms.
• Coordinate and ensure sale materials are in place and pricing is correct.
• Assist with stock adjustments, cycle counts, and overstock returns.
• Coordinate installer deliveries with delivery specialists and ISS.
• Maintain back room and installer counter cleanliness.
