Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking team members to greet customers, locate parts, and keep the front floor stocked and clean. You will price, stock, and rotate displays, and assist with stock adjustments and cycle counts.

Qualifications

• Good aptitude for dealing with number sequences.
• Good organizational skills.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).
• Previous stocking experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers on the sales floor and assist them in locating merchandise or direct them to a parts specialist.
• Check in, price, and stock merchandise; maintain front displays and signage.
• Front floor stocking, display changes, and price updates per planograms.
• Assist with stock adjustments, cycle counts, and returns to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Operate safely and coordinate with ISS and delivery teams for installer deliveries.
