Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Merchandising Specialist to keep the front sales floor stocked, fronted, and clean, greet customers, and ensure the showroom presents a professional and inviting appearance.

Responsibilities include stocking, pricing updates, displaying according to planograms, assisting customers, and occasionally acting as cashier or delivering parts as needed; bilingual Spanish is highly desired.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to read, write, and match numbers and letters from various sources.
• Basic computer skills.
• Teamwork in a collaborative environment.
• Previous stocking experience.
• Ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle.
• Fluency in multiple languages, Spanish highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist in locating merchandise.
• Check in, price, and stock merchandise.
• Maintain display floor fronted and aligned with planograms and pricing.
• Update sale signs and ensure materials are in place.
• Assist with stock adjustments, cycle counts, and returns.
• Collaborate with manager on weekly inventory and merchandising tasks.
• Occasionally serve as cashier or drive a delivery vehicle as needed.
• All other duties as assigned.
