Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a store associate to greet customers, locate merchandise, and maintain stock and displays on the sales floor. The role supports sales readiness, pricing, and planogram compliance while coordinating with installers and delivery teams.

Bilingual candidates are encouraged; prior stocking or retail experience is a plus. Responsibilities include assisting with stock checks, cycle counts, and creating an inviting store environment.

Qualifications

• Must have good numerical aptitude.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus (Spanish highly desired).
• Stocking or retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers on the sales floor and help locate merchandise or direct to a parts specialist.
• Check in, price, and stock merchandise.
• Keep floor fronted, full, and clean daily.
• Make display changes per planograms and guidelines.
• Update sale materials and restore pricing after sales end.
• Assist with stock adjustments, cycle counts, and overstock returns.
• Coordinate with delivery/installer teams and assist with store To Do List and weekly tasks.
