Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages LLC is seeking an Order Replenishment Merchandiser in Houston, TX to ensure popular beverages are always on display and available for customers. You will build product displays, rotate stock, and monitor shelf levels on assigned routes, using your own vehicle.

The role requires a valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and the ability to lift 50+ pounds. Competitive hourly pay and benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds.
• Excellent planning and organization skills with strong attention to detail and follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays & equipment placements
• Point of Sale advertising according to the company’s merchandising standards
• Maintain appropriate shelf allocation, product levels and product rotation in displays
• Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage
• Determine product needs to place corresponding orders on existing sales routes
• Daily communication, problem resolution, and follow up with customers, co-workers and shoppers

Work days/Shift Hours: Full Time / Must be able to work weekdays and weekends / 3AM till route is completed
Valid Drivers License Required, Merchandising/Stocking Grocery Experience preferred

Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $19.68 to $24.73 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.
