Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages is looking for an Order Replenishment Merchandiser to ensure our beverages are prominently displayed and available on shelves across assigned routes. You will build product displays, manage POS advertising, maintain shelf allocation, and coordinate stock orders.

A valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and ability to lift 50+ pounds are required; you will use a personal vehicle during business hours.

Qualifications

• Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds.
• Excellent planning and organization skills with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays & equipment placements
• Point of Sale advertising according to the company's merchandising standards
• Maintain appropriate shelf allocation, product levels and product rotation in displays
• Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage
• Determine product needs to place corresponding orders on existing sales routes
• Daily communication, problem resolution, and follow up with customers, co-workers and shoppers

Work days/Shift Hours: Thursday - Monday 4:00 AM untill route is completed

Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $18.07 to $22.72 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.
