Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages LLC in Texas seeks Order Replenishment Merchandisers to ensure our iconic brands are always available to customers. You will build product displays, manage stock levels, and coordinate with store teams to optimize shelf space and product availability.

Ideal candidates are 18+ years old with reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license; physical tasks apply. Starting pay is up to $24.73 per hour, with incentives and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in merchandising or retail is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays and equipment placements.
• Execute Point of Sale advertising per merchandising standards.
• Maintain shelf allocation, product levels and rotation.
• Manage stock inventory and minimize breakage.
• Determine product needs and place orders on sales routes.
• Daily communication and follow-up with customers, coworkers and shoppers.

Additional Relevant Information: Must be 18+ years of age, must have reliable transportation, valid drivers license and auto insurance. Management, Lead, Stocking, Merchandising, Grocery and delivery experience preferred.

Compensation: Starting pay ranges up to $24.73 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays & equipment placements
• Point of Sale advertising according to the company's merchandising standards
• Maintain appropriate shelf allocation, product levels and product rotation in displays
• Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage
• Determine product needs to place corresponding orders on existing sales routes
• Daily communication, problem resolution, and follow up with customers, co-workers and shoppers

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License, current vehicle liability insurance, and clean driving record
• Must be able to use a personal vehicle during business hours
• Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds, kneel, bend over & reach above head height
• Excellent planning and organization skills with strong attention to detail and follow-up.

Preferred Experience

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• No work experience required, but previous sales/merchandising experience
