Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages in Stillwater, OK is seeking an Order Replenishment Merchandiser to build displays, manage shelf space, and ensure products remain available for customers.

Required are a valid driver's license, ability to use a personal vehicle during business hours, and the ability to lift 50+ pounds. Compensation starts at $17.82–$22.07 per hour with incentives and benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license, current vehicle liability insurance, and clean driving record.
• Must be able to use a personal vehicle during business hours.
• Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds, kneel, bend over and reach above head height.
• Excellent planning and organization skills with strong attention to detail and follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays and equipment placements.
• Point of Sale advertising according to merchandising standards.
• Maintain appropriate shelf allocation, product levels and product rotation in displays.
• Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage.
• Determine product needs to place corresponding orders on existing sales routes.
• Daily communication, problem resolution, and follow up with customers, co-workers and shoppers.

Work days/Shift Hours: Tuesday - Saturday 6:00 AM until route is completed

Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $17.82 to $22.07 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.
