As a Merchandiser at Bell Nursery, you will be the face of our company at retail locations, responsible for visual merchandising, unloading shipments, stocking live goods, and customer relations. You will work closely with store, area, district, and market managers, as well as receiving partners.

Measures of Success:

• Adhere to Bell Nursery policies and standards
• Execute merchandising standards and plan-o-grams
• Manage inventory and set store advertisements
• Unload deliveries and maintain product quality
• Communicate effectively with leadership

Qualifications

• Smartphone with functionality for payroll and inventory apps
