Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC is seeking a Merchandiser to present products at customer retail locations and service multiple bulk accounts. You will follow planograms, move products from backrooms to shelves, and support POS material placement while maintaining safe handling practices.

The route covers Charlotte, NC and surrounding areas with mileage reimbursement for travel between stores. A valid driver's license and insurance are required, with the ability to work weekends and

Qualifications

• Must have effective communication skills including listening, speaking, and writing.
• Previous customer service experience in a retail setting preferred.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills to satisfy diverse customer needs.
• Willingness to use a company-provided cell phone and travel between stores.

Responsibilities

• Fills, merchandises and rotates products on display and shelf per procedures.
• Move product from backroom to display and ensure correct placement.
• Create and distribute point-of-sale materials and rotate product assortments.
• Organize back room and manage pallets, damaged or dated products.
• Build relationships with store personnel and discuss programs and opportunities.
