Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC is seeking a Merchandiser to present products attractively at customer retail locations across Fayetteville, NC and nearby areas. The role includes stocking shelves, following planograms, and communicating with store management to maximize visibility and sales.

The position requires traveling between stores, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working weekends. Mileage reimbursement is provided for store-to-store travel.

Qualifications

• Must have valid in-state driver’s license.
• Excellent driving history.
• Proof of insurance policy in force from day one of employment.

Responsibilities

• Fills, merchandises and rotates products on display and shelf per procedures.
• Move products from backroom to display areas.
• Create/distribute point-of-sale materials and ensure proper rotation and merchandisering.
• Build and maintain backroom organization, stacking by package and flavor, returning unsellable stock.
• Foster relationships with store personnel through follow-ups on requests and opportunities.
