Job summary

Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated seeks a Merchandiser to present products at customer locations, service multiple bulk accounts, and follow planograms while maintaining quality standards.

The route covers Winston Salem, High Point, Greensboro NC and surrounding areas with mileage reimbursement between stores. The role requires effective communication, reliable independent work, and the ability to handle a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.

Qualifications

• Must have effective communication skills including listening, speaking, and writing.
• Prior customer service experience preferred in retail.
• Merchandisers must have excellent interpersonal skills to satisfy diverse customers.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment (lifting 50 lbs repeatedly).
• Able to work reliably and independently with little daily supervision.

Responsibilities

• Fills, merchandises and rotates products on display and shelf per procedures.
• Physically moves product from backroom to display.
• Creates and distributes point of sale materials and rotates products.
• Organizes back room and stacks/arranges product by package and flavor.
• Fosters relationships with store personnel through routine follow-up and proactive pricing.
