This role requires reliable, physical work, ability to lift 50 lbs, and strong communication. Mileage is reimbursed for travel between stores, and you will join America's largest Coca-Cola bottler

Qualifications

• Must have effective communication skills including listening, speaking, and writing.
• Prior customer service experience preferred in a retail setting.
• Merchandisers must have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively with diverse customers.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment (lifting 50 lbs. repetitively).
• Able to work reliably and independently with little daily supervision.
• Strong critical thinking skills.
• Company provided cell phone.

Responsibilities

• Fills, merchandises and rotates products on display and the shelf according to procedures and programs.
• Physically moves products from backroom and places on display.
• Creates and distributes point-of-sale materials on display and shelves; rotates product and checks vendor operations.
• Organizes and maintains back room by stacking and arranging product by package and flavor; manages returns of pallets and damaged stock.
• Fosters relationships with store personnel through routine follow-up on requests and opportunities.
