Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC is seeking a Merchandiser to present products at customer retail locations and service multiple bulk accounts using approved merchandising practices.

This route covers Washington NC and surrounding areas, with mileage reimbursement for travel between stores. You will follow plan sets and communicate with store management to drive visibility and sales.

Qualifications

• Effective communication including listening, speaking and writing.
• Retail customer service experience preferred.
• Able to handle fast-paced, physically demanding work (lifting 50 lbs).
• Reliability and independence with minimal supervision.
• Ability to build relationships with store personnel.

Responsibilities

• Present products to attract customers at retail locations.
• Service and maintain multiple bulk accounts.
• Follow plan sets and planograms; communicate with store management.
• Move products from backroom to display; rotate stock.
• Create and distribute POS materials and manage shelf merchandising.
• Build relationships with store personnel through follow-ups and opportunities.
