Job summary

The Merchandiser role at Coca-Cola Consolidated services multiple bulk accounts in the Charlotte NC area, merchandising approved products and maintaining planograms. Mileage reimbursement is provided for travel between stores, with a schedule starting around 5am and varying by route and weekend availability.

You will ensure compliant product presentation, manage backroom organization, and collaborate with store management and cross-functional teams to meet program objectives and drive sales.

Qualifications

• Must have effective communication skills, including listening and writing.
• Prior customer service experience in retail preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Prepared to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.

Responsibilities

• Fills, merchandises and rotates products on display according to procedures.
• Moves products from backroom to display and maintains shelves.
• Creates and distributes point of sale materials and checks vendor operations.
• Maintains back room organization and handles damaged or dated stock.
• Builds relationships with store personnel and supports programs.
