Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. seeks a merchandiser to stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain displays in Mesquite, TX. The role involves early start times, from 2am to 4am, and working across multiple store locations with lifting and moving cases throughout the shift.

You will collaborate with store teams, set up promotional displays, and document daily records using handheld tools. A valid driver's license, insurance, and ability to travel between locations are required.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• Valid U.S. driver's license
• Must have personal transportation to access multiple store locations within assigned shift
• Proof of insurance for transportation
• Position may require you to work holidays
• Position requires lifting, loading, pushing and pulling cases weighing from 20-45 pounds per case repeatedly over 10-12 hour work period
• Position requires you to perform physical labor with or without a reasonable accommodation
• Position requires you to drive to various locations that are in different geographic areas

Responsibilities

• Merchandise PepsiCo products in large format and local stores, stock shelves, coolers, and displays to plan
• Rotate product and check dates to maintain freshness, quality, and in-stock conditions
• Move product from the backroom to the sales floor, organize stock, and maintain a neat, safe backroom
• Build and maintain displays; set up promotional materials (signs, banners) to support national and local initiatives
• Partner with store teams, communicate store needs, build relationships, and use handheld tools to support orders and daily records (training provided)

• Work Days: Various Schedules based on availbe route once certified.
• Start Time: 2am to 4am
• End Time: When assigned route is completed

Merchandise beloved brands like Pepsi, Lays, and Gatorade in local stores to serve communities with full shelves, fresh products, and great displays.

What You’ll Do
