Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. is seeking a Merchandiser in Mesquite, TX to stock and rotate products, build displays, and maintain backroom organization. You will move products from backroom to sales floor and set up promotional materials to support local and national campaigns.

The role involves collaborating with store teams, lifting cases (20–45 lbs), and using handheld tools for daily ordering and record-keeping. Training is provided, with full-time hours and benefits.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• Valid U.S. drivers license
• Must have personal transportation to access multiple store locations within assigned shift
• Proof of insurance for transportation
• Position may require you to work holidays
• Position requires lifting, loading, pushing and pulling cases weighing from 20-45 pounds repeatedly over 10-12 hour work period

Responsibilities

• Merchandise PepsiCo products in large format and local stores, stock shelves, coolers, and displays to plan
• Move product from the backroom to the sales floor, organize stock, and maintain a neat, safe backroom
• Build and maintain displays; set up promotional materials to support initiatives
• Partner with store teams, communicate store needs, build relationships, and use handheld tools to support orders and daily records (training provided)
