Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a Merchandiser to stock shelves, rotate products, and set up displays in local stores across Hallettsville, TX. You will work a 7-day rotating schedule, start at 5am, and finish when the work is complete, with pay $20.60 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid U.S. driver's license and proof of insurance.
• Must have personal transportation to access multiple store locations.
• Ability to drive to locations in different geographic areas.
• Ability to lift 20–45 lb cases repeatedly for 10–12 hours.
• Ability to bend, reach and squat.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves, coolers, and displays in large-format and local stores.
• Rotate products and check dates to maintain freshness and in-stock conditions.
• Move products from backroom to sales floor and keep backroom neat and safe.
• Build and maintain displays and set up promotional materials for initiatives.
• Coordinate with store teams and document daily orders and records.

What You’ll Do

• Merchandise PepsiCo products in large format and local stores, stock shelves, coolers, and displays to plan
• Rotate product and check dates to maintain freshness, quality, and in-stock conditions
• Move product from the backroom to the sales floor, organize stock, and maintain a neat, safe backroom
• Build and maintain displays; set up promotional materials (signs, banners) to support national and local initiatives
• Partner with store teams, communicate store needs, build relationships, and use handheld tools to support orders and daily records (training provided)

Minimum Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• Valid U.S. driver's license and proof of insurance
• Must have personal transportation to access multiple store locations within assigned shift
• Position requires you to drive to various locations that are in different geographic areas
• Position may require you to work holidays
• Position requires lifting, loading, pushing and pulling cases weighing from 20-45 pounds per case repeatedly over 10-12 hour work period (with or without accommodation)
• Position requires bending, reaching and squatting (with or without accommodation)
