Job summary

Mondelez is seeking a retail merchandising representative in Baton Rouge to serve as the in-store face of its iconic snack brands. You will deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers while executing daily store visits per DSD Merchandising Excellence standards.

Responsibilities include capturing display photos with DMI, building relationships with store personnel, ordering product via iPad with Salesforce, and ensuring promotional displays comply with plans.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have a valid driver's license issued by the state of residence.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive and professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive a personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to various store locations.
• Ability to perform repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs.
• Occasionally push and pull over 50 lbs.
• Live within 25–35 miles of the primary location in Baton Rouge, LA.
• Availability Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday; start by 7 am.
