Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages is seeking an Order Replenishment Merchandiser to ensure our beverages remain available in customer locations across Harlingen, TX and nearby areas. You will build displays, manage shelf space, and coordinate stock to support on-time deliveries on a Wednesday–Sunday schedule.

The role requires a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to lift 50+ pounds.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years of age.
• Valid drivers license, current vehicle liability insurance, and clean driving record.
• Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred; no work experience required but merchandising experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays & equipment placements.
• Point of Sale advertising according to merchandising standards.
• Maintain shelf allocation, product levels and rotation in displays.
• Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage.
• Determine product needs and place orders on existing sales routes.
• Daily communication, problem resolution, and follow up with customers and coworkers.

Job Location:Harlingen/San Benito/South Padre, Texas Areas

Workdays/Shift Hours:Wednesday-Sunday, 4:00am - 1:00pm or until complete (Days/Hours are subject to change).

Additional Relevant Information:Must be 18+ years of age, must have reliable transportation, valid drivers license and auto insurance. Grocery stocking, merchandising, pallet jack and delivery experience preferred.

Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $19.68 to $24.73 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

• Must be able to use a personal vehicle during business hours
• Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds, kneel, bend over & reach above head height
• Excellent planning and organization skills with strong attention to detail and follow-up.

Preferred Experience

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• No work experience required, but previous sales/merchandising experience
