Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages LLC is seeking Order Replenishment Merchandisers to ensure our beverages are readily available. This role involves stocking displays, placing equipment, and executing company merchandising standards across North Austin and surrounding Texas areas.

Responsibilities include maintaining shelf levels, coordinating with sales routes, and daily communication with customers and coworkers.

Competenze

• Must be 18+ years of age.
• Must have reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Stocking, merchandising, grocery and delivery experience preferred.

Job Location: North Austin (Plugerville/Elgin/Manor) Texas areas.

Additional Relevant Information:Must be 18+ years of age, must have reliable transportation, valid drivers license and auto insurance. Stocking, Merchandising, Grocery and delivery experience preferred.

Compensation: Starting pay ranges up to $24.73 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

Duties and Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License, current vehicle liability insurance, and clean driving record


• Must be able to use a personal vehicle during business hours


• Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds, kneel, bend over & reach above head height


• Excellent planning and organization skills with strong attention to detail and follow-up.

Preferred Experience

• High School Diploma or Equivalent


• No work experience required, but previous sales/merchandising experience
