Job summary

Coca-Cola Bottlers (CONA Services) is seeking a Merchandiser for large store coverage in Lake Charles. You will build displays, replenish shelves and cold equipment, and ensure product integrity with neat, rotated backstock and clean coolers.

You will work with sales and delivery teams to execute plans and foster strong customer relationships. You must be 18+, have a valid license, reliable vehicle, and the ability to read/write/speak English.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Valid driver’s license and comply with fleet policy.
• Reliable vehicle required.
• PPE as required and safety compliance.
• Regular and punctual attendance.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Presentable appearance per company guidelines.
• Safeguard company assets and use provided resources.
• Flexible or rotating schedule.
• Respond and resolve customer issues.
• Self-motivation with minimal supervision.
• Able to read simple instructions and memos.
• Able to write simple correspondence.
• Clear verbal and small-group communication.
• Basic math: add/subtract/multiply/divide in all units.

Responsibilities

• Build displays and replenish inventory on shelves.
• Restock racks and cold equipment; maintain product integrity.
• Keep coolers and racks clean and organized.
• Coordinate breakage and out-of-date product handling.
• Provide leadership with feedback on opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales Supervisor and Delivery Driver to execute plan.
• Establish positive relationships with customers; deliver great service.
• Work with all functional team members; perform duties as assigned.
