Job summary

Coca-Cola Bottlers (CONA Services) seeks a Merchandiser-Small Store to manage displays, replenish shelves, and maintain product integrity at customer outlets. You will work closely with the Sales Supervisor and Delivery Driver to ensure execution of the plan, while building strong relationships with store staff and customers.

Responsibilities include rotating stock, maintaining neat backstock, and following safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain compliance with fleet policy.
• Reliable vehicle.
• PPE (as required) and adherence to safety policies.
• Regular and prompt attendance.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Neat professional appearance per company guidelines.
• Ability to maintain safety and security of company assets.
• Ability to use company resources and technology.
• GED or equivalent with 3–6 months related experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Build displays and replenish inventory on customer shelves and equipment.
• Rotate products and maintain product integrity in accounts.
• Keep coolers and racks clean and organized per company standards.
• Collect and report breakage or out-of-date products.
• Provide feedback to leadership on threats and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales Supervisor and Delivery Driver to execute plans.
