Job summary

Total Wine & More seeks an energetic Merchandiser to support inventory, stocking, and curbside/delivery operations. You will engage customers, build product knowledge, and uphold store standards while assisting with online orders and promotions.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, 1+ year in retail, and familiarity with POS systems. The role may require evenings and weekends and involves lifting and stocking duties in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience; 1+ years in retail preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory, including processing freight and stocking merchandise.
• Greet customers and deliver a personalized shopping experience.
• Assist with online orders, curbside and in-store pickup and deliveries when needed.
• Maintain store cleanliness and ensure compliance with alcohol sale regulations.
