Total Wine & More is seeking store team members to deliver exceptional customer service while maximizing product inventory and supporting online operations. Roles involve merchandising, stocking, and assisting with in-store and curbside pickup and delivery when needed.

We welcome candidates with a high school diploma and 1–3 years retail experience, plus familiarity with POS systems. Flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends, is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience, 1+ years in retail preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Maximize product inventory, including processing freight and stocking merchandise.
• Greet customers and provide personalized service to build relationships.
• Maintain knowledge of promotions, ads, and loyalty programs.
• Support online orders and curbside pickup/delivery where applicable.
