Job summary

The Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated is seeking a Merchandiser to present products and maintain displays at customer retail locations across Matthews, Charlotte, Indian Trail and Waxhaw. The route includes mileage reimbursement and flexible shifts.

You will stock, rotate and merchandize products according to planograms, work with store personnel, and follow safety and quality guidelines. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Qualifications

• Effective communication skills including listening, speaking, writing.
• Prior customer service experience preferred in a retail setting.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment (lifting 50 lbs. repetitively).

Responsibilities

• Fills, merchandises and rotates products on display and shelf per procedures and programs.
• Moves products from backroom to display area.
• Creates and distributes point-of-sale materials on display and shelf.
• Organizes back room by stacking and arranging products and returning damaged/outdated stock to the branch.
• Cultivates strong relationships with store personnel through proactive follow-up and collaboration.
