Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC is hiring a Merchandiser to present products attractively at our customer retail locations across Southeast Charlotte, Matthews, Waxhaw, and nearby areas. You will service multiple bulk accounts, follow planograms, and communicate with store management to maintain compliant displays.

The position offers hourly pay of $19.41 plus mileage reimbursement, flexible weekday shifts, and opportunities for career growth, paid training, and competitive benefits.

Formación

• Must have effective communication skills including listening, speaking, and writing.
• Prior customer service experience preferred in a retail setting.
• Able to work reliably and independently with little daily supervision.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment (lifting 50 lbs. repetitively).

Responsabilidades

• Fills, merchandises and rotates products on display and the shelf according to procedures and special programs.
• Physically moves the product from the backroom and places it on display.
• Creates and distributes point of sale materials on display and shelves.
• Rotates product and manages Fastlane merchandisers and vendors; checks vendor operations.
• Organizes back room and coordinates stock and damaged goods.
