Job summary

At Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages, the Order Replenishment Merchandiser role focuses on ensuring our beverages are consistently available and properly displayed for customers across assigned routes. You will construct and maintain product displays, set up point-of-sale advertising, and manage shelf levels and rotations to optimize product visibility.

The position requires a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and the ability to lift 50+ pounds.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License, current vehicle liability insurance, and clean driving record.
• Must be able to use a personal vehicle during business hours.
• Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds.
• Excellent planning and organization skills with strong attention to detail and follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays & equipment placements.
• Point of Sale advertising according to the company's merchandising standards.
• Maintain appropriate shelf allocation, product levels and product rotation in displays.

• Determine product needs to place corresponding orders on existing sales routes.
• Daily communication, problem resolution, and follow up with customers, co-workers and shoppers.

Workdays/Shift Hours: Monday-Friday, 6:00am until complete (Days/Hours are subject to change).

Additional Relevant Information:Must be 18+ years of age, must have reliable transportation, valid drivers license and auto insurance. Grocery stocking, merchandising, pallet jack and delivery experience preferred.

Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $19.68 to $24.73 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.
